| Gym Inductions |
Members of the NSRC are invited to book a free 30 minute session with Amanda to provide an induction in the gym. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate to members how to use the equipment safely. This does not provide a personalised program for individuals. Programs are available if required through a Personal Training Session. |
